About Pat

Pat Yancovitz is a photographer and mixed-media artist whose work explores New York City and the East End of Long Island.

Her photographs find beauty in farms, boatyards, fishing docks, and weathered equipment—places and details that hold the character of a changing landscape.

Her artworks bring photography together with painting, collage, and encaustic techniques. Layers of wax, color, and other materials open new ways of working with an image.

Pat’s work has been exhibited in New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
